About Me

I love working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and teens who want to be themselves in a world where they do not always fit. I also enjoy working with families of all kinds, including parents and their adult children.

My Ideal Client

I work with individuals, couples, and families whose members are all over 10 years old. I especially love working with:

  • Neurodivergent families and couples

  • Teens and Adults with ADHD and/or Autism

  • Teens struggling with identity, change, and / or self harm

  • Parents and their adult children

Working with Me

My style is collaborative and relaxed, with lots of questions and concrete planning. I try to let my clients take the lead but am not afraid to be directive when I need to. With teens I love to implement art into our converstaions. When I am working with neurodivergent clients I come with lots of curiosity about how that looks and how it affects their lives.  The thing that underlies all of my work is a deeply held believe that every person has unique strengths that can be used to improve their relationships with themselves and others.

My Experience

  • Registered Provisional Psychologist

  • Canadian Certified Counsellor

  • MACP, Yorkville University

  • BA (Psychology & Linguistics) University of Alberta

When I'm not at YEG FC...

I live with my partner and two dogs named Ginny & Clark. I enjoy beinga active with running, cycling, and playing most sports. In the summer, you can find me on a golf course or exploring Edmonton's trail system. In the winter, I enjoy curling, playing games with friends, or watching movies at home. I also love to travel (especially via road trip), learn useless trivia, and build puzzles.
