About Me
I am a recent graduate, hoping to be registered as a Provisional Psychologist very soon! I love working with clients who are struggling with life transition, perinatal mental health struggles, relationship struggles, and anxiety. I also love working with BIPOC individuals and other marginalized populations.
My Ideal Client
I work with adults, couples, and families. I especially love working with:
Individuals and couples impacted by infertility
Folks who are highly anxious, struggling with emotion-regulation, or dealing with grief.
Clients who have concerns with pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum
Individuals who have been impacted by grief, loss, depression, anxiety and trauma
Working with Me
My mindfulness-based framework offers a compassionate, judgement-free, safe place to explore the concerns which have brought you into therapy. My approach is very individualized as I believe every person has various factors which make their experiences unique.
My style is relaxed, empathetic, and conversational. In sessions, you may expect a collaborative approach, to support you in building the capacity and skills to resolve your concerns. I am also happy to explore online and in-person options.

When I'm not at YEG FC...
I love spending time with my husband and mini Aussiedoodle, Nala. I enjoy cooking and am often in the kitchen trying out new recipes. In the summer, I love checking out the festivals in the city, exploring new walking trails with my family, and spending time with family and friends. Although I love winter weather, I enjoy spending time indoors playing games, reading, and watching movies.
