Working with Me
I am a Mental Health Therapist, just awaiting my final credentials review to become a Provisional Psychologist. During my time as a student, I was supervised by Amy Nydam, the owner of YEG FC, and her nerdiness around attachment and neurobiology really started wearing off on me. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy which I love putting into practice when I see couples.
In my work with clients, I am warm but practical and approach every person that steps into my therapy space with compassion.
My Experience
Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology
Bachelors of the Arts in Psychology
When I'm not at YEG FC...
I live with my partner and a half Ragdoll / half Siamese cat named Dash. I enjoy being in nature, keeping active, and exploring new cuisines. If I am on days off I am either spending time with my family or going on a new adventure.
