Find Some of Yourself in Another Person's Story

Group Therapy is a great way to start to understand your story, because when you start to engage with others, you realize that you are really not alone. And that is powerful. Group therapy is also a fantastic way to learn and practice some new skills. We often have groups running on religious trauma, parenting, mindfulness, and more!

Who is a good candidate?

 

To some degree, this depends on the type of group. But in general, as long as you are not in active overwhelming distress in relation to the topic, we would love to chat with you further. Each group we run will have different criteria for who will be  good fit. We will always have a process for determining fit before we ask you to commit to the group.
